3 Quick Tips for Spring-worthy Skin in the Sunshine
Spring has sprung, and like the leaves on the trees we rebirth again. This time of year tends to see many of us enduring the dry skin that comes with the colder winter months, so while we wait for the humidity to slowly return here are a few of our tips to speed up that Spring-worthy skin.
1) Exfoliate the winter away
Exfoliate away dead flaky scaly skin using a natural body brush or your fave body scrub (I love to use salt or walnut shell scrubs - microplastic/SLS/AHA free of course!)
For spray tan lovers, AHA free scrubs will help you get the most out of your spray tan. Massage the scrub/body brush up and down on the long bones, in circular motions on your round bits; and be careful of your tender bits (!!!)
Exfoliation mechanically removes dead cells, to reveal your fresh new skin beneath. It is also great for improving circulation, lymphatic drainage, helps disperse cellulite, invigorates energy levels and leaves your skin feeling amazing!

2) Nourish your skin with oil
Nourish your fresh new skin with an oil eg choose an unrefined cold pressed plant oil rich in omega/essential fatty acids such as coconut/sweet almond/sesame/jojoba/rosehip.
For the face I love rosehip because it is naturally rich in omegas, vitamins A,C,E. It is completely absorbed within seconds (sometimes referred to as a “dry oil”). It is also anti-inflammatory and astringent to calm redness and tightens our skin. I can’t go a day without the Essential Serum, a few drops night or just one drop for a dewy look in the day.It is bursting with exotic essential oils such as rose, neroli, frankincense and petitgrain to really boost its benefits for slowing the ravages of time to give my face a healthy glow. It really feels like I am giving back to my skin and the aroma of the essential oils is divine.
For the body I love a natural body mist that moisturises, potent in cold pressed almond oil and essential oils of French Lavender and Geranium (rose). These essential oils are so calming and uplifting and wonderful for nourishing dry skin. A little “me time” in a bottle! A body mist means you aren't getting it all over your hands, it's super quick to spritz on and instantly absorbs straight into your skin - leaving it hydrated, silky soft and dewy for hours. Perfect for showing off your gorgeous legs in a cute pair of shorts, skirt - or even your active wear ;)

3) Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Hydrate your cells from the inside too. Supercharge your water pitcher with any combination of thinly sliced citrus/mint/strawberries or cucumber! Try it with iced sparkling water for a refreshing drink when entertaining friends, showing off your healthy glowing skin in the spring sunshine!
Glowing skin is always in, so follow these three tips so that your skin is looking at its best for Spring.
