A warming, potent & herbaceous blend of Spike Lavender, Sweet Marjoram & Eucalyptus which may provide relief to muscle soreness, spasm, inflammation, cramping (including PMT for women). It is great to spritz tired feet or legs if you have been standing or adventuring for a long duration; or multi use as a moisturiser for dry skin! AMAZING PRODUCT

Love Sattwa Body oils, they are the best! I had a fall a week or so ago and skinned my shin. Once the scab was starting to come off I noticed a massive bruise so I applied some Muscle Mix and within 48 hours it had disappeared and I’m no longer embarrassed to show my legs. Amazing product

Easy to apply, non greasy, smells gorgeous. I use on myself and massage clients to ease muscle stiffness and perfect for hydrating skin. Love it!

After a 2.5 hour mountain bike ride with a major stack causing bruised ribs. Using muscle mix was easy to apply and quick to relieve the pain. Fantastic stuff.
